I was contemplating changing my doctor because of my experience with the staff. The change in staff has resulted in a much more pleasant customer experience. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or pushed into something that I did not want, and the glasses that I received actually appeared to be new glasses rather than recycled glasses from the try-on ones that are on the floor. I even received a case for my glasses that was from the actual manufacturer of my glasses. Imagine that!

They are all knowledgeable and aware of what’s going on, day to day and minute to minute. They work together as one - efficiently. It is really quite remarkable.
